On July 25th 2025, a protest was held in London, gathering tens of thousands of empty pots and pans at Downing Street, drawing attention to the humiliating and fatal circumstances people in Gaza are subjected to when trying to get basic resources for survival.

PHULKARI is about a young woman who has 'fallen prey to the fast-paced routine of the modern world'. As represented by the hand-crafted phulkari underneath her denim jacket, this film reflects the 'destruction of indigenous Punjabi crafts and culture by colonisation, westernisation & industrialisation'.
